You can sit down with the stones in front of you, try on settings, and make decisions with real rings in hand rather than photos on a screen. Appointments are one-on-one, so there is no sales floor and no pressure to decide on the spot.
How the custom process works
- Consultation at the studio or by video. Book a private appointment at our Mississauga studio near Square One, or meet us by video if that is easier. Bring photos, sketches or just a budget.
- 3D design. We model the ring in 3D and revise it until you are completely happy with it, however many rounds that takes.
- Handcrafting. Casting, setting and polishing take 4 to 6 weeks from design approval. Every ring is handcrafted in Canada.
- Pick up or delivery. Collect the ring in person at the studio or have it shipped, free within Canada.
Visiting the studio
We are near Square One in the city centre, close to Highway 403 and a short trip from Port Credit, Streetsville, Meadowvale, Erin Mills and Malton. Appointments are by booking only so that we can give you our full attention.
The studio is central to the west GTA, so it is also an easy trip from Brampton, Oakville, Milton and Etobicoke.
