Gold Religious Jewellery: Crosses, Medals & Pendants in 10K & 14K Gold
Our gold religious jewellery includes crosses, saint medals, Madonna and Jesus medals, and baptism, first communion and confirmation medals, along with Star of David and Chai pendants. Pieces come in yellow, white or two-tone gold, many in a choice of 10K or 14K, and shipping is free within Canada.
These are pieces people keep for life, so they are often chosen for a baptism, a first communion, a confirmation or another faith milestone. You will find popular saints such as St. Anthony, St. Jude and St. Michael, plus Miraculous and Scapular medals in several sizes.
How to choose
Solid or hollow?
A solid medal is cast in gold all the way through, so it is heavier and holds up better to years of daily wear. A hollow medal uses less gold, which makes it lighter and less expensive, but it can dent more easily. For a piece meant to be worn every day, solid is usually the better choice. Each product title tells you which it is.
10K or 14K gold?
10K gold is 41.7% pure gold and 14K is 58.5%. 10K is harder and costs less; 14K has a richer colour and more gold content. Where a medal is offered in both, you can pick the karat on the product page.
Size
For a baby or young child, a small medal is lighter and more comfortable. Larger medals and crosses suit adults and make a stronger statement on a chain.

Frequently asked questions
What is a traditional baptism gift in gold?
A small gold baptism medal or cross is a classic choice, often given by godparents. Our baptism medals come in several styles and sizes.
What is the difference between a solid and a hollow gold medal?
Solid medals are gold all the way through and more durable. Hollow medals are lighter and more affordable but can dent more easily.
Is 10K or 14K better for a religious medal?
Both are real gold. 10K is more scratch-resistant and less expensive; 14K contains more gold and has a warmer colour.
