Whether you live downtown or in Scarborough, North York or Etobicoke, the process is the same. Instead of a showroom on a busy retail strip, we work one-on-one by appointment. That keeps the conversation focused on your partner's style and your budget, and it keeps our overheads down.
How the custom process works
- Consultation at the studio or by video. Book a private appointment at our Mississauga studio near Square One, or meet us by video if that is easier. Bring photos, sketches or just a budget.
- 3D design. We model the ring in 3D and revise it until you are completely happy with it, however many rounds that takes.
- Handcrafting. Casting, setting and polishing take 4 to 6 weeks from design approval. Every ring is handcrafted in Canada.
- Pick up or delivery. Collect the ring in person at the studio or have it shipped, free within Canada.

Our studio is in Mississauga, by Square One, just west of the city and easy to reach from the Gardiner, the 401 or the QEW. Appointments are private, so you can take your time comparing stones side by side, try on settings, and see how moissanite, lab diamond and coloured gemstones look in daylight instead of under showroom spotlights.
If getting out to Mississauga is hard, a video consultation works just as well for the design stage, and the finished ring can be shipped to you anywhere in the city.
