Shipping policy

The shipping time varies based on your order, location and the address you provide when checking-out. 

On average, most custom orders shipping within Canada take 3 to 5 weeks to completion (including delivery). Our focus is always on delivering the quality of work we are proud of. Orders will be delivered in person by one of our teammates or shipped Express for next day delivery depending on the location. 

The customer is responsible to pay for any shipping charges relating to the return of a jewelry item.
