Working with us from Surrey
We are based in Mississauga, Ontario, but distance does not change much about the process. Most of the real work in a custom ring happens in the design stage, and that translates well to a screen. Surrey is three hours behind our studio, so mention your preferred times when you book and we will find a slot that works on Pacific time.
- Video consultationYour partner's style, the stone and shape you are leaning towards, and your budget.
- 3D renderingsShare them with a friend who knows your partner's taste, sleep on them, and send back changes.
- HandcraftingCasting, setting and polishing take 4 to 6 weeks once you approve.
- Free deliveryThe ring ships free within Canada to Surrey.
West Coast living
Rain, sand and the right setting
Rain and a ring get along fine, but sand and grit do not. If your partner spends a lot of time at the beach or in the garden, a bezel or closed-back setting collects less debris than an open gallery and is easier to keep clean.
Free lifetime cleaning and polishing is included on Canadian orders.

Size and timing. You do not need to ask for their ring size: our Canadian ring size chart walks through measuring from a ring they already own. Approve the design about six weeks before the date: mid-November for a Christmas or New Year's proposal, February for spring blossoms. The proposal planning timeline has the full countdown.
