From St. Catharines, the studio is a straight run along the QEW, over the Burlington Skyway and on toward Square One. Outside rush hour that is roughly an hour; on a Friday afternoon it can be a lot more. You can start on video and only make the drive when you want to see stones side by side.

How long is the drive from St. Catharines to your studio?
Our private studio is in Mississauga near Square One. From St. Catharines it is roughly an hour along the QEW outside rush hour, and longer in heavy traffic. Visits are by appointment only.
Do I have to come to the studio at all?
No. The consultation, 3D design and revisions can all happen over video, and the finished ring ships free anywhere in Canada.
Can I see a design in yellow gold and rose gold before choosing?
Yes. We can render the same ring in white, yellow or rose gold, or platinum, so you can compare them before anything is made.
When should I order for a December proposal?
Handcrafting takes 4 to 6 weeks after design approval, so approve your design by about mid-November to leave room for delivery.
Is engraving included?
Yes, engraving is free. A date, initials or a short phrase inside the band are popular choices.
