Our studio is roughly an hour east of Kitchener on the 401, longer if you hit traffic near the 401 and 403 interchange. One easy approach is to come in once, see stones and settings in the hand, and then handle the 3D revisions by email and video from home. You can also skip the trip entirely and do everything by video.
