Warranty

We take pride in ensuring that all orders made by Toronto Fine Jewelry are free of any manufacturing defects. We inspect every single order before it is packed for delivery or pick up. If for some reason, any defects are found, please contact us directly at torontofine@gmail.com and we would be happy to look into the issue and provide resolution free of charge.

If any issues are found and the repair is performed by a different jeweler other than Toronto Fine Jewelry, the 30-day warranty will be voided. With time, all fine jewelry can be affected by regular wear and daily activities. Please note that the manufacturing warranty does not include coverage for wear and tear, lost product or gemstones, or theft.

30-Day Workmanship Warranty

All of our rings come with a 30-day workmanship warranty that includes loose prongs and any other manufacturing defects. Anything beyond the 30-day mark will be considered wear and tear and will be assessed on a case-by-case basis.

Lifetime Moissanite Warranty

All our center stone moissanite comes with a Lifetime warranty against scratching and clouding. If you have purchased a ring from us and experience this, you can reach out to us at torontofine@gmail.com with your order & warranty number, and we will replace your center stone for you. Note that this is subject to inspection. Our team will determine the next best step for you.

At Toronto Fine Jewelry, we believe your jewelry should last a lifetime — and so should the care we provide. That’s why every ring purchase comes with these complimentary services:

Free Ring Cleaning Every 6 Months - Bring in your ring for a professional cleaning every six months, for the lifetime of your ring, to keep it sparkling like new.
Free Annual Polishing (Value: $150) - Once a year, we’ll refinish and polish your ring to restore its brilliance and shine, completely free of charge.
Free Annual Inspection - We provide a complimentary inspection of your ring each year to check prongs, settings, and overall integrity, ensuring your gemstones are always secure and your ring is in its best condition.

Exchange & Refund Policy

30-Day Exchange Policy

If for some reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, we are happy to exchange the ring within 30 days of the purchase. Please note that returned items must be in their original, unworn condition and must include original packaging.

Please note:

Any modified or customized orders cannot be returned due to their personalized nature.
Non-refundable purchases include items that have been customized, modified, engraved, or resized.

24-Hour Refund Policy

We understand that sometimes plans change. We allow customers 24 hours after placing their order to cancel and receive a refund. Please note that this will not be a full refund, as processing fees apply.

If within 24 hours you choose to cancel your order, a $250 CAD flat order fee will apply towards processing your refund. If it is past the 24-hour mark, you can choose to exchange your ring within our exchange policy.
